I'll reply with pricing and answer your questions and schedule a time to discuss details.
​Let’s talk about it! We can Zoom or have a phone chat to agree on size, colors, expected delivery date, etc.
When all is agreed upon, we sign the contract and move on to the next phase!

Send me pictures of your subject, or other artworks, whatever best describes what you have in mind for your finished piece. If you’re unsure, you can leave it up to me.

Mock-ups & sketches: This is where I get busy. Based on our discussions and references I will make some sketches, or small paintings to get a general idea of composition and other elements and share them with you for feedback.
Make art! Once we have a clear direction I will begin making your art piece. I will periodically check-in with you to share progress, ask/answer questions, and adjust any timelines as needed.​​

SHIPPING POLICY
​​Shipping & Delivery: I will carefully package your art piece and deliver it to the shipping carrier.
Alternatively, you can pick up your piece from my studio in Overland Park, KS.

Domestic Shipping Only (within United States)

Pickup: Free

Tracking: Once the item has been given to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the client.

Delayed Orders: Shipping and delivery carrier delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please contact the shipping carrier with tracking number for item’s status.

Damaged Orders: sara mac arena art is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us via info@saramacarenaart.com so we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Restrictions: Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, or to locations outside the U.S.
